Climate Champions Camp - Compost Lecture - August 6th

Come help inspire our future climate stewards through compost!

Join our Environmental Educators in a composting presentation at the EarthLab Climate Action Park for the Climate Champions Camp!

The EarthLab Climate Action Park is a four acre space where students and community members gather to celebrate each other, learn about climate science, and generate solutions to improve our environment. The EarthLab is located next to Millenial Tech Middle School near the Encanto/Chollas View neighborhoods of San Diego.

At this event, you will assist our Environmental Educators in teaching 4th to 8th graders about soil health through a composting demonstration. Join us for lectures on troubleshooting/maintenance of compost, followed by a hands-on activity (bin assessment; macro decomposers).
