FREE Pollution Prevention Presentations
Funded by the California Integrated Waste Management Board
Using the interactive Enviroscape watershed model and "Eco-Puppets" in a 45-minute presentation, Solana staff teach elementary school kids how various types of pollutants enter our environment through activities such as driving a car, cleaning the house, and littering on the beach. Students learn how everyday actions in their local watershed can ultimately effect river and ocean health in nearby communities.
